Meditation

Meditation was the key that opened the door to what I do now. I started off by doing meditation 3 or 4 times a week at home in my bedroom late at night with a walkthrough CD. At the beginning I found it extremely difficult to keep my eyes closed without twitching, keeping my breathing in time with the CD and most importantly forgetting about all the things I needed to do in the 'real world'.

After getting my hands on all the literature and CD's I could, I found a great meditation walkthrough that worked wonders for me and open my eyes to a whole new world. After doing this meditation for long periods I found I was more able to relax and let go and just drift with the soothing words that I was hearing. This was a great stepping stone to progressing along this path.

I think that meditation is a great base to start, even if not to enhance mediumship but just to relax and make yourself more aware of spirit and calmness.
